Insurance
Cosmetic surgery and treatments are not covered by health insurance. Prior authorization or pre-certification is the patient’s responsibility. Full payment for all surgeries is due prior to surgery. With your written authorization we will assist however we can by providing any necessary documentation on your behalf to your health insurance carrier.
We also honor the hospital discount card program. Please inquire with our office for further details.
