This is a 66 year old woman who came for facial rejuvenation. After careful discussion, we proceed with an eyelid surgery as well as a MACS Lift (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension). This advanced technique developed in Belgium allows for a powerful rejuvenation without the need for scars behind the ears. Not everyone is good candidate, but she certainly was.
