Sculptra Aesthetic is an injectable material that stimulates the production of collagen in the skin over a three month period and produces a gradual and very natural restoration of skin thickness. Generally a series of three treatments at six week intervals is necessary to achieve the desired effect. The results may last for up to 2 years or longer, at which point maintenance treatments will be necessary.
