YSPA CLIENT INFORMATION
- CHECK-IN – Please arrive 20 minutes before your first appointment to allow yourself time to check-in. We do appreciate silence. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers prior to the start of your treatment.
- TREATMENT PACKAGES – All packages must be paid in full at the time of the first visit.
- PARKING – There is a lot located on Fort Washington Avenue between West 164th and 165th Street. There is plenty of street parking available as well.
- APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS – Because your time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment(s) if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to provide us with 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to bill you for the full amount for all services scheduled. Day packages require 48 hour prior notice for cancellations or changes.
